Showcasing the newest and the best

To kick start the Danfish 2025 fishing exhibition, which is being held in Aalborg 7th – 9th of October, we invite you to Sintef’s flume tank in Hirtshals on monday 6th of October. We will showcase our newest and best trawls and trawl doors for both demersal and pelagic species. The event is intended for ship owners, fleet managers, skippers, trawl masters, fishermen in general and others employed by fishing companies.

Programme for monday 6th of October:

BLOCK 1: 9:30 – 12:30
Fishing gear for demersal species – Bottom trawls, Shrimp trawls, Storm bottom trawl doors and Simoon semi-pelagic trawl doors.

LUNCH: 12:30 – 13:15

BLOCK 2: 13:15 – 16:00
Fishing gear for pelagic species – Blue Whiting trawls, Mackerel trawls, Herring trawls and Twister trawl doors.

Practical info:

Vónin will arrange a bus from Aalborg to Hirtshals monday morning 6th of October and back from Hirtshals to Aalborg when the visit is over.
